“We spent 2 nights in 2 different rooms. I got head lice, the toilet in the second room was loose from the floor. It seems every lock on the rooms needs to be changed out as the key cards wouldn’t work. It is too bad the facility is in such disrepair, as the staff is nice and helpful, but I could not recommend anyone stay here!!!”

“I booked a room at Best Western Saluki Inn in Carbondale Il. The room was very clean and the service was excellent. However the indoor pool was “closed out of order”. I questioned the front desk about the closure of the pool and was told it would be opened in two days. It was not. I chose this establishment for the indoor pool, to relax. I called and talked with someone and they assured mes that the pool was open. This has happened before. The next time I rent a room if the pool is out of...
