“Clean room. Beds are firm and pillows not very fluffy. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. ”

“A decent place to when visiting Harrisburg. My room was clean. It had amenities like microwave, fridge, and TV. My bed mattress was soft and the bed was a bit squeaky. The windows didn't have shear drapes but just the main curtains. The bathroom was clean. The shower functioned well. The complimentary breakfast was okay. It had cereals, bagels, make your own waffle, coffee, couple of juices, and apples. The location was ideal for me and the room rate was pretty reasonable for all the amenities....

“This hotel is very clean. The staff do a good job with cleaning the rooms! The bed was comfortable and the room size was perfect - king room with a sofa. And, the rooms were quiet. The breakfast selection was so-so. If you are into avoiding carbs and sugar, you are not likely to find something here that meet your dietary needs. The staff did their job but were not overly friendly. Again, they did what they needed to do but never made me feel like a welcomed guest or, even went out of...

“No hot water in sink or tub. Another customer complaint about not having hot water while I was getting breakfast and was given credit for the inconvenience . Upon checking out I complained about also not having hot water. I was told there was nothing they could because I had paid thru Expedia .”

“I was thrilled to have a walk in shower. Our main concerns were the mattress could be softer, the toilet should be taller + the level of noise with a toilet flush does not allow people to sleep through it - it is way too loud. We did feel the condition went downhill a bit from the previous year. Otherwise it met our needs. The staff was great this year!”

“Smoking room was not pretty but I'm not picky. Shower was cold though and not the cleanest. again not a complainer just that was my issues. ”

“Room was very basic, it was clean. It was missing some furniture a lot of empty space. There was still food in the mini fridge from last guest. Weird smell in hallway on first floor. Parking lot has considerable amount of trash in it. ”
